Management of Hypertension (Increased blood pressure)
  • Reduce weight
  • Reduce alcohol intake
  • Reduce stress

  • Increase the intake of fruits, green vegetables, spinach, fish(not fried)
  • Follow regular brisk walking for 30-40 mins/day
